Join us for a live webinar on Wednesday, February 13th at 9am PT to hear our guest speaker, Dr. Ami Bhatt, talk about how her lab uses 10x Genomics Linked-Reads to generate high-quality metagenomic assemblies from uncultured microbes to better understand host-microbe interactions.
溫馨提醒:活動內容精采可期,敬請報名收看。活動為台灣時間2/14凌晨1點,若時間不便觀賞,已報名者,將於活動結束後,收到錄影檔連結,方便您後續觀賞,謝謝。
Learn how you can use Athena a metagenomic de novo assembler developed by the Bhatt lab, to create high quality microbial draft genomes using 10x Genomics Linked-Read technology. Linked-Reads employ molecular barcodes to tag short read sequences from the same DNA fragment to generate long-range information.
During this webinar, Dr. Bhatt will present:
- Sample prep methods for generating Linked-Read data from uncultured samples using the Chromium Genome Solution
- How the Athena de novo assembler leverages Linked-Reads to assemble genomes from microbiome samples
- Assembly results for complex metagenomic communities from human stool and a marine sediment
